Move Dance Feel Weekends at Penny Brohn Centre.

After returning from the Move Dance Feel weekend I noticed my energy levels and general mood was up. I felt more connected to my body and even felt a bit taller afterwards. The week following has felt much more positive. Thank you!

The weekends are 2.5 days in duration, beginning after lunch on a Friday and ending early on Sunday evening. Guided by professional dance artists, you can expect a combination of dynamic and creative movement activities alongside yoga sessions and playful opportunities for interaction. There is a particular focus on artistic exploration, as well as relaxation, quiet reflection, enjoying the surrounding nature, and discussion.

We employ an inclusive and person-centred approach to facilitation where the dancing builds in response to the needs and abilities of the group, incorporating plenty of time for rest. No prior dance experience is necessary. Throughout the weekend we will move, talk, dance, explore and eat together - sharing meals at Penny Brohn UK, where accommodation is also provided.
